What is LMS?

• LMS is the Legal Management System. It is LG’s Proprietary Contract Management Platform for internal use, 

and is distinguished from HR’s LMS, “Learning Management System.”

PER HQ POLICY, ALL CONTRACTS (INCLUDING ANY LEGALLLY BINDING AGREEMENTS) ARE REQUIRED TO BE

REGISTERED IN LMS.

The Registration Requirement in LMS includes Contracts and Agreements using LG standard Contract Templates with no changes to the standard terms.

Why do we use LMS?

• To document compliance with Company Policies regarding steps required before entering a Contract on behalf of LG.

• To retain Records of all signed Contracts (”Registration”) for reference and archival purposes.
