Congratulations! What an exciting journey you are about to embark on. Yes, LG offers a Paid Parental Leave Program that gives our employees that opportunity to bond with their newborn or newly adopted child. Eligible employees can take up to 8 weeks of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period.
Leave is paid at 100% of the employee’s base rate of pay. Pay will be offset by state paid family leave benefits where applicable.
