Regarding your questions: Our milestone award program delivers $500 for every 5 years of service. Based on your milestone achievement, you would be eligible for (insert $ amount). There is nothing you need to do or initiate. Milestone Award payments will be made to each eligible employee in one lump sum cash payment during the last pay cycle of the month in which you achieve your milestone anniversary. All payments are subject to applicable tax withholding and payroll deductions required by law; however the Company will gross up the payment to account for any corresponding tax liability.

Per our plan rules, employees must be in an “Active” employment status to receive their payment.
