If you need to locate an emergency medical provider during your travels, please download the Horizon app on your mobile device. You can search for providers directly through the app based on your location. 

Please note that when visiting a provider for emergency medical care, you may be required to pay out of pocket at the time of service. 

Be sure to keep all receipts and any related documentation so you can submit a claim through your Horizon member portal once you return from your international travel.
