LG will match up to 4% of your eligible compensation when you contribute on a pre-tax or Roth 401(k) basis. To take advantage of the full match (4%), you must contribute at least 5% of your eligible compensation. All participants are 100% vested in the company match.
LG will match $1 for $1 up to the first 3% you contribute and $0.50 for each $1 from 4% - 5%.
