When you enroll in the Medical Plan, you and your eligible Dependents will automatically be enrolled into the Horizon Panorama IVB Vision Plan. This is not a separate Benefit you can enroll in. Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield has partnered with Davis Vision to administer our Vision Benefits. 

This means you have access to Davis Vision’s nationwide network of providers, discounts, enhanced frame collection/allowances, as well as their member services and online portal.
