Please confirm that you're using the most current Horizon cards.  As communicated early in 2026 and also during Open Benefits Enrollment in 2025, Horizon Pharmacy will be managing LG Electronics’ Prescription Drug Plan beginning January 1, 2026.

New Horizon insurance cards were mailed directly to your home from Horizon. These cards should be used starting January 1, 2026.

Helpful Tips:

Present your new insurance card When visiting any Medical Provider, When filing or refilling Prescriptions at your local Pharmacy.  

Once you receive your new Insurance Card, keep it accessible and discard any previous pharmacy cards you have from LG to avoid confusion at the point of service.
