Coverage for Dependent Children will Terminate at the end of the month in which the Child reaches age 26. Once coverage ends, a COBRA packet will be generated for the no longer covered Dependent.  

The exception to the above would be for Children covered under the Company Plan who have a disability that occurred before age 26. In these cases, your covered dependent can remain on the Company plan beyond age 26.
