An eligible Dependent is a Legal Spouse, Same or Opposite Sex Domestic Partner, Biological, Adopted, Step or Foster Child for whom you are the Legal Guardian, and/or Domestic Partner’s Children up to age 26,  and Children named in a qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMSCO).
