Based on the timing of file feeds between the record keeper, Fidelity and LG, the employee would need to change their contribution % in Fidelity by no later than end of day (EST) Wednesday before the paycheck they want to impact. Changes submitted after end of business the Wednesday before the desired paycheck day will be reflected on the next check.

• If you would like your updated 401(k) deferral election to apply to your NSIP payment, please change between February 27th, 2026 and end of business March 4th, 2026. Changes submitted outside of this window will not be reflected in the March 13th, 2026 NSIP payment.\

• If you would like to update your 401(k)-deferral election for your March 20th paycheck, you must submit your change between March 6th, 2026 and March 11th, 2026.
