LG has a Third Party Vendor that manages our disability and leaves.  To find out more information and to open a claim, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Visit www.MyLincolnPortal.com and register as a first time user using the company code: LG-EE
  2. Click "Report a New Claim" and answer a few questions about yourself and your absence
  3. you will need your LG4Me Employee ID, dates of your absence, and if applicable your diagnosis and physician information . 
  4. Select "Submit".  Be sure to keep a record of your claim number
