How to request for the period extension:
1. Access to Next IAM system
2. Click “External User Account” on the top -> Click “External User Account Management” menu
3. Serch your User No. -> Click your User No.
4. Click Modify button in popup display
5. Change Usage Period and Enter the request reason and click Submit
6. Requested information will be changed After approval
