In order to support a work-life balanced culture, LG will provide or support eligible employees with up to
eight (8) weeks (40 business days) of paid parental leave following the birth of an employee’s child or
the placement of a child with an employee through adoption. This program enables employees to care
for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted child. This policy will be in effect for births or
adoptions of children occurring on or after January 1, 2021. If any law conflicts with this policy, the
applicable law will govern.
