As a benefit, LGEUS provides Team Members with Paid Time Off (PTO) for time away from work for rest and relaxation or to attend to personal business. For this reason, all Team Members are encouraged to use their full PTO benefit each year, working with management to schedule the time while being consistent with business needs.
